A man who breached a community protection notice by drinking alcohol at McDonald’s in Aberystwyth has been fined.
James Caine, of no fixed abode, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 1 May.
The 34-year-old admitted failing to comply with the terms of his community protection notice after being found drinking in a public place at McDonald’s on 13 April.
Caine was fined £40 by magistrates.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
